The solution was to tell Eaton’s story in a way that customers, potential business partners, students and employees alike could engage in via a multi-touch, language and media installation called the Experience Center. At over 3,000 square feet, the vibrant space incorporated the use of 3D projection mapping, video, and touch screen technology to walk visitors through Eaton’s evolution, its various business units and company milestones. The clean design and modular display matrix also allowed the displays to be easily updated in the event of future product releases.

Breaking away from the traditional display model to use a technology driven storytelling approach has allowed Eaton to better engage visitors and distinguish themselves among Beijing businesses in particular. Eaton’s Experience Center has received overwhelming compliments from visitors so far and continues to raise the company’s profile.
