As a Digital Producer, you will support the ongoing coordination and management of various digital projects and campaigns across a variety of clients and programs. You will be instrumental in ensuring projects meet digital requirements and deadlines, working closely with internal departments and external stakeholders to execute on time, on strategy and on budget.
The Digital Producer will report to our Creative Technology Director. The position will ideally be based in San Francisco but we would consider our Los Angeles, Boston, New York City, or Austin offices as well.

What you will do.
In this role you will lead day-to-day communication and coordination between our internal creative technology, creative, and production teams, ensuring digital projects are delivered on strategy, on time and within budget. You will manage third party technology vendors/partners making sure the work is clearly defined, properly scoped and delivered on time. You will also be responsible for scoping new projects, including developing budgets, resourcing needs, identifying partners and building timelines.
- Collaborate with our Production, Creative, Strategy, and Account Management teams to create, lead and manage innovative and strategic digital programs, executions and content
- Contribute to the creative process by assessing proposed solutions and recommending relevant and actionable approaches, offering support throughout planning and execution process
- Develop and maintain ongoing, trusted relationships with various vendors and third party suppliers
- Develop, scope, implement and manage project plans (including budgets); facilitate execution of digital projects cross-department— routing, file management and timeline management
- Lead communication of project status to teams and respective clients on a regular basis
- Help drive User Experience deliverables including Site Maps and Wireframes, ensuring they meet target user and client business objectives
- Stay up-to-date and current on new technologies and digital platforms by constantly seeking out new trends in social, digital, vendor capability and creative technology in addition to new ways of working in order to share insight and learnings within the agency, and with our clients where relevant.
Who you are & what you will bring.
Experienced. You have 5+ years in a digital production or digital project management role (preferably in an agency setting) with multiple years of proven success leading a digital project or program. Ideally you have experience in the technology sector as well. *Senior level position available for candidates with extensive experience.
Skilled. You have strong knowledge of UX concepts, processes, and its best practices (background in creative or development ideation sprints and workshops). Assist with QA/UAT processes and development of functional requirements for digital projects. Preferred familiarity with the following: project management and development software (JIRA ticketing and Smartsheet Project Management); design and prototyping software (Adobe XD, Sketch, Invision, Zeplin); development process (SCRUM, agile methodology, sprint planning)
