We’re looking for our next Creative Director to join our team to support creative development for a global technology client. Someone who will not only inspire and lead the creative process but also isn’t scared to roll up their sleeves and bring experiential ideas to life for our prospects, in pitches, and to our client. This position will have ultimate responsibility for the creative quality and output for specific new business efforts and be a key contributor to our largest account. Additionally, this person will work with other creative partners and have the support of the Boston team as required.
Our ideal candidate is a passionate, strategic conceptual thinker with a killer book and killer attitude. You have the ability to create/concept, inspire and execute great work, while keeping the creative process in alignment with GPJ/Client business goals and objectives.
You have an understanding of all dimensions of communication: business strategy and experience design, with the ability to translate this into effective, innovative, and integrated marketing programs. Plus, your broad-based exposure to art, design, technology, music, media and content is a must.
You will have a minimum of a four-year degree in Graphic, Architecture, or Industrial Design and 5+ years of industry or related experience combining strategy, content, and message with creative deliverables. You have the right mindset and motivation to keep the business development juices flowing.
