Our Opportunity
GPJ is hiring a Sr. Registration Project Manager to support several large high profile clients.
This is a hybrid role out of our Los Angeles, San Francisco (preferred), Austin, Boston or NYC office.
What You’ll Do
In my capacity as the Senior Registration Project Manager, my responsibilities encompass planning, developing, and executing registration program operations for complex and large-scale events, covering the entire process from concept to on-site execution. I am entrusted with various responsibilities, including managing registration timelines, overseeing data integrity and quality control, handling registration reporting, managing on-site registration processes, and training and supervising on-site staff. My role requires proactive engagement and effective management to ensure seamless execution.
