GPJ is hiring a Growth & Development Manager to pursue opportunities to help our business grow, by identifying new prospects, and converting leads into new clients.
This is a hybrid role out of our Auburn Hills, MI office. Only candidates willing and able to accept a hybrid role need apply.
The Growth & Development reports to SVP, Sales and Marketing.
What You’ll Do
- RFP Management – includes but not limited to, creating pursuit budgets as well as track and communicate budget progress, organizing client google drive folders, create calendar invites for check ins across multiple RFPs, work with G&D team to create deck outlines prior to kickoff, communicate with team via Slack Channel, save and organize pitch decks, billing management support for freelance RFP work.
- Outreach and prospecting – track and manage outreach pursuits in CRM, target company personnel research, monitor industry sights and news, prepare tailored decks for intro meetings, track follow ups with potential clients.
- Administration – prep for and attend weekly team meetings, take notes on follow up items, support marketing requests as needed, brainstorm and project manage account based marketing programs.

Innovative- You drive, develop and support new and improved methods, products, procedures or technologies. You are constantly challenging yourself to come up with authentic and innovative ideas to transform the client’s brand.
What You’ll Need
4-7 years of experience as a project or marketing manager. Preferably in an agency environment.
You have connections at desirable brands to help facilitate strategic partnerships and collaborations.
Highly organized with the ability to efficiently manage multiple projects.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an appreciation and eye for details and accuracy.
Capable of proofreading and editing copy.
Energetic, optimistic and eager to learn.
Salary range $85-100k
Salary is dependent on a variety of factors including (but not limited to) experience, skills, and location.
