We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graphics QC Specialist to join our team. The Graphics QC Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards for our printed goods and graphic processes. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

 

What You’ll Do

Quality Control: Approve finished products by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, and ensuring products meet quality standards before release to customers.

Problem Solving: Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make judgment calls and decisions related to product quality.

Communication: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate quality standards, requirements, and adjustments to appropriate personnel.

Product Inspection: Utilize 1-3 years of applicable product inspection experience to identify defects and non-compliance with technical specifications.

Training: Act as the go-to person for quality control inspection procedures, train other employees as required, and ensure that inspection methods are consistent with established quality standards.

Multi-Tasking: Assist and perform tasks in various areas as assigned to support overall quality control efforts.

Testing and Reporting: Conduct simple tests, record results, and prepare technical reports to document inspection findings.

Color Matching: Utilize your familiarity with graphic processes and printed goods to accurately match and verify required colors.

Collaboration: Work closely with the Project Manager, Supervisors, and Fabric

Finishing Lead to develop effective processes and procedures that achieve 100% compliant work that exceeds customer expectations.

Physical Demands: The job requires standing or walking for most of the shift and may involve overtime during evenings, weekends, and some holidays.

Who You Are

1-3 years of relevant product inspection experience.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound judgments and decisions.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Keen attention to detail and strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Familiarity with graphic processes and printed goods, including the ability to discern color differences.

Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Ability to work effectively with a diverse group of people from different cultures and backgrounds.
