At GPJ, we scale our offerings according to each client’s needs. Genesys’ annual flagship event, Xperience, brings together its global host of customers, partners, and prospects, and includes Genesys’ newest products and services, company ideas, client insights, and more.
Xperience is an ever-growing event, with the attendee count steadily rising every year. The program recently hosted about 2,800 attendees in Denver. No matter how big or small the program, we pull out all the stops to make the experience unforgettable.
For Xperience, Genesys asked GPJ to return for a second year to help make this their best Xperience yet. Under the theme “Your Future Accelerated,” GPJ helped bring Genesys’ vision to life across many disciplines:

Our Creative, Integrated Production, Live Production, and Live Content teams took the theme and wove it throughout the attendee journey, including the keynote, breakout sessions, and the expo floor.
Within the keynote space, we brought the Genesys brand to life using different elements of the Genesys logo as our stage and scenic design—a design Genesys was able to reuse at their Inspire show as well, a huge win for cost savings and sustainability.






There were also sustainability wins at the expo, where Genesys utilized GPJ Rentals. Using rented materials provided the structures at a lower cost to Genesys, which meant that Genesys could allocate more money to the finishes and graphics in the space—which is a big win! By using GPJ rentals, we were also able to provide unique solutions like custom designs that elevated the overall experience at the expo.
