The Kyndryl Way
Kyndryl turned to GPJ to create the inaugural Kyndryl Leadership Summit, where the leadership teams from around the globe came together for the first time since the company’s 2021 inception to celebrate their culture and discuss business priorities.
To do this, GPJ teams collaborated with Kyndryl to organize three hybrid events in NYC, Madrid and Bangalore simultaneously. (Bangalore’s in-person event was subsequently changed to digital-only due to COVID.)
The three events spanned two and a half days. The NYC location was at the iconic TWA terminal-turned-hotel located at JFK airport. The European counterpart leveraged Madrid’s Hotel Puerta America, designed by a stable of the world’s most famous interior architects.
Programming focused on the company mission and strategy, including customer-driven priorities for the year ahead, and a focus on building an engaged culture. There was purposeful networking, breakouts, cultural exercises and good old fun.
The virtual experience ensured a seamless and engaging experience for those who couldn’t be there in-person.
The event helped the company to coalesce, building their corporate culture within a tastefully designed, brand-driven atmosphere. All of Kyndryl’s leaders were present, including the CEO and President. The hybrid environment we built inspired and instilled the brand’s core values for this new organization.
