At GPJ, everyone contributes to a healthy culture of creativity. From our collaborative workspaces to the numerous activities we do together, we understand that the best ideas are inspired by our surroundings and through teamwork and collaboration. Our offices are welcoming, colorful and inspirational labs of ideation and innovation, each designed with local flavor (and often by our own creative teams), with plenty of space for brainstorming, meeting with clients and even hosting our own events, mini concerts and digital demos.
Below are a few updates from around the globe, as we continually strive to offer the best working environments with the end goal of happy teammates and clients, and of course, unforgettable work.
Net New Locations
From 2016 to 2018, we opened three new offices around the globe, showing our commitment to be where our clients need us to be.
With the growth of our global Nissan account, we were thrilled to open a second office in Nashville, TN and to now have our entire Nissan team housed together in easy reach of Nissan’s headquarters, raising the collaboration between our team and clients to a new level.
We also opened a new office in Dallas, TX in support of our Toyota/Lexus clients, within a stone’s throw of the new Toyota/Lexus headquarters in Plano. And we have great neighbors, our shopper marketing sister agency Shoptology is in the same building.
GPJ Norway is growing rapidly both in clients and employees. In 2016 they moved into the Teleor Arena, and they’re already expanding again. Over the last year, the Norwegian team, supported by the UK office, has delivered work to clients like Equinor (formerly Statoil, the largest company in the Nordics), IBM, Tesla, Telenor (Norway’s largest telecom company), Jotun (The largest provider of paint in Norway) and Hydro (The world’s largest supplier of extruded aluminum).
Jason Megson, Managing Director, added, “Christian (Stenseng) and his team have grown the GPJ business quickly and decisively from the outset. We can’t wait to see what’s next for this team.”
Sometimes, a small move can make a huge difference. From attracting the best talent to finding just the right creative space, these offices found their sweet spot recently with a move within the same city.
GPJ UK relocated to the ever-growing creative hub that is London’s South Bank. Designed around the guiding principles of creativity, collaboration and community, an event space and technology lab sit at the heart of their new home. Creative work spaces allow delivery of solutions for their ever-growing client list which includes Nike, Cisco, IBM, Statoil and Google.
After years on Atlantic Ave., larger and more cohesive space was a necessity. There are so many things to love about the new Boston office in Back Bay. The views of Copley Square from the Hancock building, for one, and the beautiful interior design led by the Boston creative team.
We took over a classic 3 story brick beauty right in the center of San Francisco, within walking distance to clients like Salesforce, Rodan & Fields and Schwab, with incredible restaurants and coffee shops in between. The space is a reflection of our tribe; progressive and collaboration-oriented. From intense work sessions to serious after-hour parties…our clients love to join us (nearly 100rock stars) in our space. It’s getting tight…but the vibe is kicking!
Sometimes you just need a reboot. Refreshed or expanded work spaces, additional hangout spaces and collaboration hubs are being rolled out in offices around the globe, bringing cutting edge workplace concepts and breathing new life into these offices. GPJ and Project Worldwide headquarters in Auburn Hills received a facelift in 2017, and our San Carlos, Los Angeles and Sydney offices recently underwent a transformation as well. Keep an eye out as we grow and evolve!
