At GPJ, giving back is part of our DNA.
This holiday season, GPJ North America partnered with Together We Rise, a 501c3 whose vision is to improve the lives of children in foster care. They collaborate with individuals, companies, and community partners to bring resources to foster youth.
During the month of November, GPJ friends and family collectively raised over $8,400 towards the purchase of 337 Sweet Cases; high quality duffle bags filled with comfort items and hygiene kits for foster kids, who all too often have to carry their belongings in trash bags.
Then, in offices from Los Angeles to Boston, we gathered to assemble and decorate the bags with uplifting messages and images before delivering them to local foster care organizations. It was a moving experience for many, and a great reminder that the greatest gift of all is to be able to share.
We’d like to thank everyone who supported and donated to this worthwhile cause, as well as the additional charitable giving that offices participated in, and say thank you to our client partners, vendors, friends and families for sharing so much with us this year.
