The hard results of experiential marketing are easy to name; attendees getting hands-on time with products and specialists, becoming more educated about services, all leading to increased leads and sales. But to get there, we need to remember that experiential is all about developing relationships, and along the way providing inspiration, recognition, fun, delight, and giving back.
